About ProShop Reps

ProShop Reps connects apparel and lifestyle brands with independent sales reps who sell into country clubs, golf and tennis pro shops, racquet clubs, and resort shops. It is run by a small team, and it grew out of the team's own experience building an apparel brand that sells into pro shops — where finding the right rep used to mean years of trade shows and cold calls.

We are early: we are now onboarding our first brands and reps. What you see on this site — including every profile, dashboard, and message on the Examples page — is clearly marked as sample data until real members fill it in. We would rather show you an honest demo than imply scale we don't have yet.

How rep review works

Every rep application is reviewed by our team before the profile goes live. Review means we check that an applicant is a working independent rep with real territories and lines — brands should meet real reps, not anonymous listings. Brands, by contrast, sign up and pay on the site and start the same day; their account unlocks the moment payment completes.

How we handle your data

Your account and messages live in our application database. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. A rep's direct contact details are shared with a brand only after that rep accepts the brand's request. See our Privacy policy and Terms of service for the full picture.
