What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, and profile information such as territories, categories, and lines carried), messages you send through the service, and basic usage information needed to run it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run the service: show profiles to the other side, deliver messages and requests, manage credits and billing, and review rep applications. We do not sell your personal information.

What is shared, and when

Profile information you choose to list is visible to members on the other side. Direct contact details are shared with a brand only after the rep accepts that brand's request. Messages are visible to the participants in that conversation and to our team for support and safety. Service providers that help us run the site (hosting, database, and Stripe for payments) process data only to provide their services.

Your choices

You can update your profile at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing reeves@proshopreps.com. Sample profiles and messages on the Examples page are fictional and contain no real member data.
