What ProShop Reps is

ProShop Reps is an introduction service: it helps apparel and lifestyle brands find independent sales reps, and helps reps find brands. We do not employ reps, set their commissions, or guarantee sales, shelf space, or any business outcome. Any commercial arrangement between a brand and a rep is between them.

Accounts

Brands sign up and pay on the site; access unlocks when payment completes. Reps apply free and every application is reviewed by our team before activation. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that misrepresent who they are or misuse the service.

Credits and payments

Brands buy monthly plans: Basic $199/month with 20 credits, Pro $399/month with 50 credits, Enterprise $599/month with unlimited credits. A brand's first message to a rep costs one credit; a rep's first message to a brand is free; once a rep accepts, the conversation carries no per-message charge. A declined request refunds the credit and pauses that brand–rep pair for 90 days. Credits renew each billing month and do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Plan prices may change with notice; existing billing periods are unaffected.

Content and conduct

Profiles, messages, and listings must be truthful. Do not post someone else's contact details, spam members, or use the service to scrape or resell member data. Sample profiles and messages shown on the Examples page are fictional demonstrations, not real members.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProShop Reps is not liable for deals between members, for the accuracy of member profiles, or for indirect or consequential damages. Questions: reeves@proshopreps.com.
